Bone Marrow Canoes
Amazing! Truffle salt made this earthy and savory and the marrow was gently cooked it was almost mushroom like in texture. Delicious!
Baked Alaska
Best dessert I've had! The meringue was marshmallowy and crisp, cake and ice cream were amazing. I would order this again and again!
Spinach Salad
Absolutely delicious. The beet was so sweet, and the cheese complimented it very well. Amazing textures and flavor!
*London Broil
While it is pricey, I would say compared to other places that have done a tomahawk in the area there was no competition. The he steak was seared well, but the cook was perfect. I wouldn't get it every time, but I was glad to indulge.
Spinach Salad
A wonderfully delicious salad. Very fresh, creative and gourmet worthy.
Oysters - Grilled
Savory and delicious! They had an almost smokiness from the grill and the cheese was perfectly melted, delicate garlic flavor, would order this again! Perfect to split between two people we got three each.
Smoked Duck Scratch Pasta
This pasta was amazing. Perfect chew and delicious. Complimented very well with the smoked duck and fresh veggies! Great size for the price too. Definitely would order this again!
Skatewing
The short ribs are absolutely divine! They are tender and flavorful. I'm not a big meat eater, but I always make a point to try and get in for dinner when short ribs are on the menu.
*Rack of Lamb
The lamb is probably my favorite thing on the menu. The sides compliment it very well, and it is always cooked to perfection. Nice sears and crusts on them, and the potatoes are fantastic!
